APD: Man flashes 13-year-old girl walking to school

ATLANTA, Ga. — Police released a sketch Saturday afternoon of a man accused of exposing himself to a 13-year-old girl walking to school in southwest Atlanta.

Atlanta police officials said the girl was walking near Empire Boulevard and Oak Drive Nov. 12 when a man in a black SUV pulled up and offered her a ride.

She declined his offer and kept walking. Police said the man then exposed himself to the girl before leaving the scene.

He is described as a medium-complexion black man in his 40s, with black and gray low cut hair, average height, muscular build, wearing a long sleeve shirt. He was driving a black SUV with the partial Georgia tag of AFT, police said.
