EAST POINT, Ga. — Police are investigating after finding two people dead inside an East Point home.
Officers were called to the home on Potomac Court near Washington Road after reports of shots fired early Tuesday morning. When they arrived, they found a man and a woman dead inside the home.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting are still under investigation, but police said they believe it was a murder-suicide.
