2 more people indicted in shooting death of Gwinnett teen

NORCROSS, Ga. — Channel 2 Action News has learned two more people have been indicted in the fatal shooting of a Gwinnett County teen.

Police believe 14-year-old Paul Sampleton Jr. was gunned down over high-end sneakers at his home on Haynescrest Drive on Dec. 19. His father discovered him bound and gagged.

In an indictment handed down Wednesday morning, two more suspects have been implicated in the teen's death.

Andrew Richard Murray and Tavaughn D. Saylor have been charged with seven counts, including murder, felony murder and armed robbery.

Earlier this year, four suspects were arrested. Larnell Sillah, 15, faces felony murder, armed robbery and other charges. Achiel Morgan, 15, and Romaine Stewart, 18, are charged with armed robbery and burglary. The teens are being charged as adults.

In addition to the shoes, the trio also stole clothing, televisions, an iPad and a computer, according to an indictment.

The fourth suspect, Anthony Lamar English, is believed to have received the stolen items and lied about it. English is charged with theft by receiving stolen property, false statements and writings, and marijuana possession.

Channel 2's Kerry Kavanaugh is working to learn more details of the arrest. She will have the latest coming up, starting on Channel 2 Action News at 4 p.m.
