Georgia's Hidden Treasures - The Holiday Edition

ATLANTA — Exciting holiday adventures await on the next Georgia's Hidden Treasures: A Holiday Edition. Channel 2 Action News anchors Jovita Moore, Justin Farmer and John Bachman take viewers to some of the most magical places in Georgia for the holidays. 

Channel 2's Jovita Moore, anchor for Channel 2 Action News at 5, 6 and 11 p.m., takes viewers inside a historic home in Marietta for an old fashioned Christmas. She shows what a traditional holiday celebration looked like in the 1850s.

Justin Farmer, anchor for Channel 2 Action News at 5, 6 and 11 p.m., heads for Milledgeville, Georgia to the old Governor's Mansion. It housed Georgia's governors for nearly thirty years.

We want to see pictures of your holiday favorites. It can be a small town celebration or pictures of your home.

He shows viewers the grand architecture and the rooms inside all decked out for Christmas. He also shares the mansion’s Civil War history.

Finally, John Bachman, anchor for Channel 2 Action News at 4 p.m., and his family hitch a ride on the Santa Train. He joins in the local area's celebration and shows how Santa arrives in North Georgia every year.
