DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Channel 2 Action News has learned that a DeKalb County assistant solicitor general is facing a DUI charge.
Officers arrested Wystan Getz over the weekend.
The Office of the Solicitor General released a statement saying that Getz is now on administrative leave without pay.
"The employee has been placed on administrative leave without pay pending the outcome of an internal investigation, which could result in disciplinary action or termination," the statement said.
The state attorney general will prosecute the case.
