Eligibility: The WSB-TV "Night on the Town at the Alliance Theatre" Promotion (the "Sweepstakes") is open to residents of the state of Georgia, 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of WSB-TV, Alliance Theatre, Creaxion, and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and other agents, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, such employees, are not eligible. Entry: The Sweepstakes will begin at 10:00 a.m. (EST) on December 1, 2010 and all entries must be received by 9:00 a.m. (EST) on December 13, 2010 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). To enter, log onto wsbtv.com, click on the "Alliance Theatre" Link and enter your personal information in the spaces provided and answer the question correctly. Maximum one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries and mass entries by means of software generated or other automated processes will be disregarded in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, all online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the ISP account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an ISP account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such ISP account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such account. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an ISP account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes. To enter, complete all of the required personal information in the spaces provided and answer the questions correctly. Only one winner per household. Winner Notification and Acceptance: Winners will be chosen by random drawing on or about December 13. Drawing will take place at WSB-TV, 1601 West Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA 30309. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email within 2 days of the date of the drawing. WSB-TV will attempt to reach winners by telephone and/or email at information provided. Selected winners will have 1 day to respond to phone call and/or email. If no response, this may result in disqualification and selection of alternate winner. Winners may waive their rights to receive a prize. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners are responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Winners will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility at WSB-TV, 1601 West Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA 30309, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law). Failure to sign the affidavit or release or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may, at Sponsor's sole discretion, result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his/her interest in the prize, and award prize to a substitute winner. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner's consent to the publication of his/her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. Winners have three (3) days to claim prize. Prizes not claimed in three (3) days will be forfeited by winner.
