Air Quality Warning Issued; Heat Wave Hits

Friday, June 9, 2006

In addition, the National Weather Service has issued a "code orange" smog alert.

"That means the air quality is going to be unhealthy for those of us existing health problems such as asthma or emphysema," says Channel 2 Action News meteorologist Karen Minton.
