Bail Denied For Kidnapping Suspect

A man charged with kidnapping an 18-month-old girl will remain in jail for now.

A judge did not set bond for Jerry Rowe when he made his first court appearance Wednesday.

He's accused of taking Kayla McCoy from Greenbriar Mall Monday.

Police found them at an Austell apartment yesterday.

His next court appearance is set for February ninth.

Rowe is the boyfriend of the toddler's babysitter.
