Arrest Warrant Issued For Eldrin Bell

A College Park judge has issued an arrest warrant for former Atlanta Police Chief Eldrin Bell.

Charges of assualt and battery were brought by a waitress at the Feed Store restaurant in College Park. Daphne Wynn claims Bell kissed her on her neck, leaving a red mark.

Bell was police chief from 1990 to 1994.

He is now a candidate for chairman of the Clayton County commission.
