'Chop!' Police: Ax Used In School Break-Ins

STEPHENS COUNTY, Ga. -- Deputies said a man wielding an ax broke into several high schools and caused thousands of dollars worth of damage.Robert Lee Banks was seen smiling as he destroyed one of the security cameras with a pick ax. Banks is accused of causing $6,000 in damage to vending machines at Stephens County High School in Northeast Georgia.Banks is also accused of breaking into schools in Habersham County, Ga., Sinnock, S.C.Deputies arrested Banks in Oconee County, S.C.
