Cook was taken to the Fulton County Jail.At a news conference Wednesday evening, Chattahoochee Hills police Chief Damon Jones said Cook was interviewed by GBI agents. Authorities said Cook already had an outstanding warrant and didn’t want to go back to jail, so he opened fire on Vogt.
