The margin of error is 3.9 percent.

The runoff election is set for Tuesday, Dec. 1.

Reed has recently picked up several key endorsements, including that of civil rights icon Dr. Joseph Lowery. Norwood has maintained that the only key endorsement is the voter on election day.

If elected, Norwood would become Atlanta's first white mayor in a generation.
