College Student Wins $208K In Georgia Lottery

A Clayton State University student is adding up a Georgia Lottery win.

Naurice White won $208,519 by matching all five winning numbers in the Nov. 14 Fantasy 5 drawing.

“I kept checking the numbers over and over again,” said White, who saw the winning results in a Players Club e-mail from the Georgia Lottery. “I was ecstatic. I was about to pass out.”

White, a resident of Jonesboro, is an accounting major.

“It’s amazing,” said the 20-year-old. “The first thing I’m going to do is pay off my student loans. Then I’m going to buy a car and help my family out.”
