A Clayton County couple has been arrested and charged with trafficking drugs from their home.

Channel 2 cameras were the only ones rolling when a Clayton County SWAT team raided the home of Randy and Sheralyn Felix Wednesday night.

Officials said during a traffic stop Wednesday evening an officer said he observed the driver was extremely nervous and that there was a strong smell coming from the vehicle which he identified as possibly being marijuana.

A search of the vehicle led police to the discovery of 100 pounds of marijuana with a street value of $500,000.

Authorities obtained a no-knock warrant for a Clayton County home after police traced the pot in the vehicle back to the home of Randy and Sheralyn Felix.

Once inside the house, police said they found more marijuana in the trunk of a car in the garage.

This is the third time the couple’s home has been raided.

"I don't know what's going on...that's all,” said Sheralyn Felix.

Channel 2 Action News reporter Eric Philips said, “That’s the same thing you said in 2006.”

“There you have it,” she said. “I’m a poor woman…I’m a poor woman, just in the circumstance and I don’t understand why these people are here.”

Randy and Sheralyn Felix, as well as the driver of the vehicle, Rowan Jeffers, all face drug charges.
