73-Year-Old Accused Of Sexual Battery

COBB COUNTY, Ga. -- A 73-year-old Mableton man was arrested after police said he assaulted a hospital patient.

William Stubbs is accused of sexually assaulting a disabled 61-year-old woman at Emory-Adventist Hospital in Smyrna.

Police said Stubbs inappropriately touched the patient on May 24, while visiting the hospital.

He is charged with aggravated sexual battery, sexual battery and exploitation of the elderly, according to his arrest warrant.

Stubbs is being held at the Cobb County Jail without bond.
