The Paulding County Sheriff’s Office said Thursday they fear a missing 8-year-old girl is in the custody of a fugitive wanted on felony charges and they believe she is in danger.

Isabella Eve Petty was last seen at Baggett Elementary School on April 28.

Investigators think she may be with her stepfather, Jerry Lee Fagan, 30.

Police said Fagan is wanted on two felony charges.

Officials believe Fagan is also traveling with his wife and his 1-year-old son.

Police said it is possible Fagan fled the state and may be headed to California, Gaston County, NC, or Phoenix, AZ.
