DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. -- Three Dunwoody High School students face felony charges for a fire hydrant prank.DeKalb County police arrested Joel Mehler, Michael Tache and Grant Romeo.SLIDESHOW: Dunwoody Streets Turned To Ice
Police said all three confessed to opening several fire hydrants on streets near the school, causing icy streets and hazardous conditions Jan. 21.Costs associated with the cleanup totaled more than $2,000.
