Felicia Gaston said the tree fell from property next door that is owned by the Frontier Group.

The Frontier Group told WSB-TV that it has contacted its insurance company about the matter. The company said if the tree was dead at the time it fell, the company’s insurance should cover it. But if the tree was not dead, the company said it may not be liable for damages caused to the Gaston’s home.

Gaston said she doesn’t have insurance and therefore is unsure where she will locate her family.
