Rednecks Celebrate Christmas With Parade

You might be a redneck if you were at the Chumuckla Christmas Redneck Parade and Festival on Saturday.

A motley, but merry collection of floats, trucks, tractors and horse units made their way through the Florida Panhandle town in the annual tradition.

Thousands lined a two mile stretch of streets to see this year's parade. Many parade participants tossed candy and other goodies to spectators.

Trucks carried groups decked out in Santa hats and camouflage. ATVs were decorated to resemble holiday presents and Christmas trees were decorated with beer cans.

The parade is a fundraiser for the Chumuckla Athletic Association.
