Fulton Sheriff's Deputy Killed In Motorcycle Crash

A Fulton County sheriff's deputy was killed Monday night in a motorcycle crash.

Keith James Draper, 43, was off-duty when he crashed on Lee Road in Douglasville near his home.

Draper was married with three children.

He began his career with the Sheriff’s Office ten years ago and worked with the Transfer Division. The deputy also served on the Sheriff’s Honor Guard.

"Deputy Draper was a very dedicated officer and believed in being disciplined," said Sheriff Myron E. Freeman. "This made him the perfect example of what a deputy should be. He will be truly missed by all of us."
