Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office officials said they have arrested six women after a six-week investigation revealed the women were advertising erotic services on CraigsList.com.

Police with the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a home East Cherokee Drive in the Hickory Flat Community Thursday after receiving a tip from the Holly Springs Police Department.

Police said they believe the women were performing illegal massages and masturbation for hire after advertising on CraigsList.com.

Police said six people were arrested at the home and $15,000 in cash, a laptop computer, marijuana and heroin were seized.

Two customers were at the location when investigators arrived at the scene and another showed up while officers were there, police said. Charges have not yet been filed against the alleged customers.

Terri Confer, 55, and Cheri Phillips, 53, both of Woodstock, were charged with possession of heroin and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. They are both being held on $22,200 bond each.

Annie Walker, 43, of Kennesaw, was charged with masturbation for hire, unlawful massage, giving a false name and she also has an active warrant from DeKalb County. She is being held on $2,040 bond.

Deborah Ingram, 42, of Kennesaw, Carla Fortner, 44, of Dallas, Ga., and Jennifer Adams, 22, of Acworth, were all charged with masturbation for hire and unlawful massage. They are all being held on $1,360 bond each.
