Atlanta Rapper Young Jeezy Wants Meeting With Michael Phelps

Rapper Young Jeezy is hoping for a sit down with Olympic gold medal winner Michael Phelps.

The swimmer listed the Atlanta-based rapper, along with Usher and Outkast, as one of the musicians he listens to for inspiration before races.

Jeezy claims that Phelps' camp has reached out to him and they plan to officially meet.

  • “It would be great if I could holler at Phelps,” Jeezy told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution “It’s a compliment that that man found inspiration in the music I do for the streets over here, over there in Beijing”.
