Georgia Man Arrested, Charged With Sexual Battery On 4-Year-Old Girl

Alleged Incident Happened 2 Months Ago

A 27-year-old Georgia man was arrested Saturday on a charge that he allegedly sexually battered a 4-year-old child.

Investigators said they tracked 27-year-old Richard Jerald Johnson to a residence in Bartow County.

A warrant had been issued for his arrest in connection with an incident on May 26, 2008.

Clayton County Sheriff's Office investigators said the alleged crime took place at a residence on Jake Trail in Jonesboro.
