Four teenagers are charged with aggravated assault and robbery against two cyclists on the Silver Comet Trail in Cobb County.

Authorities said the teen suspects, ranging in age from 14 to 17, attacked two men in mid-June.

Investigators said the male victims, ages 49 and 62 years old, said they were cycling on the trail when they were assaulted and robbed by at least four individuals.

"The first young man turned and slugged me," said Don Boykin, one of the victims.

Boykin said one of the teens told him, "You know these are hard times and I want everything you got. I told him I didn’t have anything."

One suspect was identified as Isaac Lee Kemp, 17, of Douglasville. Two of the other suspects are 14; the fourth is 15.

Kemp is still in custody at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center. The juveniles have been charged and subsequently released to their relatives.
