DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ga. -- A Douglas County teen was found guilty of murder Thursday in the shooting death of a 3-year-old neighbor.A jury found Colby Davidson guilty of felony murder and two counts of felony assault in the shooting of Judah Tucker at his parent's home last year.Prosecutors said the shooting on Sycamore Lane in the Mirror Lake subdivision of Villa Rica stemmed from an earlier argument between siblings of the suspect and the victim. The argument "escalated to the adults," and 19-year-old Colby Davidson "retrieved a handgun, went to the victim's residence and fired numerous shots at and into the house."Judah Tucker, in his mother's arms in the doorway of the house, was struck by the gunfire and killed. After the shooting, Davidson barricaded himself in his house, which is across the street and about four houses down from where the shooting occurred. Davidson was arrested about an hour later. Davidson's mother, Chandra Davidson, told WSB-TV Channel 2 that her son is bipolar. She said the argument began between her daughter and the neighbor's children, and that when Colby stepped in, he was threatened.
