A Clayton County woman tells Channel 2 that her dentist sexually assaulted her while she was under anesthesia. The patient said she went to see her dentist for a cleaning and teeth whitening procedure on February 23. But she said once Dr. Kenneth Neal Morris used laughing gas on her she became a victim."I could hear and feel what he was saying but I couldn't acknowledge him. I couldn't open my eyes and I couldn't move my hands. I'm assuming when I didn't respond to what he said he put his hand down my shirt and in my bra," the alleged victim, who didn't want to be identified, told Channel 2.A judge issued an arrest warrant for the dentist this week. Morris is in the Clayton County Jail charged with sexual battery. His office refused to comment on the case and no one answered the phone at his house.
