According to People magazine, Grace gave birth to John David and Lucy Elizabeth Sunday.

It was an early delivery for Grace, 48, who was expected to give birth in January. Officials told People that Grace had developed a pulmonary edema during pregnancy and doctors decided it would be better if she delivered now.

John David weighed 5 lbs., 1 oz. at birth, and Lucy Elizabeth weighed 2 lbs., 15 oz. A rep for Grace said mother and babies are doing fine.

The father is Grace’s husband, David Linch, an investment banker in Atlanta. They were married in April.
