Vick Could Face Additional Charges

SURRY COUNTY, Virginia -- The Surry County Virginia Grand Jury convenes Tuesday, but it's unclear whether Michael Vick will face local charges for dogfighting.

Prosecutors said charges might come before then, but have now backed off.

They say witnesses and evidence remain with federal officials.

Vick pleaded guilty to federal charges connected with dogfighting last month.

He will be sentenced December 10th.

The county prosecutor says he will bring charges at some point.
