What's going on with Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin?

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin have not been shy with PDA lately, sparking speculation as to whether the two have rekindled their relationship.

After years of on-again-off-again dating rumors, Bieber, 24, and Baldwin, 21, were spotted in New York City this weekend in photos and a video shared by TMZ.

The two first met as youngsters back in 2009, when Baldwin's father, actor Stephen Baldwin, introduced them.

Denying dating rumors that first started to fly in 2014, Bieber posted a picture with Baldwin, shutting down speculation in the caption: "People are crazy," he wrote. "I'm super single and this is my good friend u would know otherwise."

Two years later, he posted another photo: this time, of the two of them kissing, sans caption. The Instagram came after reports the pair had been cuddling up in St. Barts on New Year's Eve. A few days later, Baldwin talked Bieber into cornrows as the two enjoyed a sunny getaway.

Baldwin declined to publicly DTR at that point, telling E! News they were "not an exclusive couple. He's about to go on tour," she added. "Relationships at this age are already complicated, but I don't really like to talk about it because it's between me and him."

The young celebs have been following the same script over the last week.

Bieber posted a photo on Instagram Sunday of himself and a woman with her head cropped out — wearing a similar outfit to Baldwin's in the video TMZ posted.

The weekend before, Bieber and Baldwin attended a church conference in Miami, E! News reported. They also grabbed dinner at Casa Tua before heading to club LIV in Miami Beach, according to TMZ and Entertainment Tonight. 

Though Bieber had been linked to ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez this spring after her breakup with The Weeknd, both stars appear unattached.

In a May 27 interview with The Times UK, Baldwin shut down rumors about her dating 19-year-old singer Shawn Mendes.

"We hang out and he's super-lovely and a very, very nice young gentleman, but I am single," she said. "It's rare to find somebody that has the same ideas and morals as me. I have found people like that before, though, which is refreshing."
