Garth Brooks releases party anthem 'All Day Long'

Garth Brooks' new honkytonk party anthem "All Day Long" is available now.

Co-written by Brooks and his frequent collaborators Mitch Rossell, Bryan Kennedy, "All Day Long" is the first song from the singer's new studio album that will be in stores next year.

"From the very first lick, this song is a party," Brooks said in a statement.  "Country radio, uptempo honky-tonk and summer go soooooooo good together."

Brooks' distinct voice is instantly recognizable then bolstered by the familiar combination of fiddle, steel and electric guitar — the song a fresh but welcome rewind to the hard-driving, blue-collar country Brooks popularized in the '90s.

“The new music feels good,” Brooks said recently on his Facebook Live series "Inside Studio G."

“And the new music feels very old school. It sounds brand new, but it’s very old school. It’s going to be upbeat. It’s fun. It’s a little summer, man. Let’s turn it up, and have some fun.”

“All Day Long” is the rollicking follow-up to the singer’s most recent No. 1 hit “Ask Me How I Know.”

In addition to the release of “All Day Long” and a forthcoming studio album, Brooks mentioned a triple live album was also in the works.

“Your record,” Brooks commented. “You guys sound fantastic on it.”

Fans who pre-order Brooks' upcoming studio album for $10 now on Amazon will immediately receive "All Day Long" as well as the bonus track, "The Road I'm On," which will be the opening song of Brooks' upcoming tour. Brooks is expected to reveal tour information July 9.
