ATLANTA -- Thanks to ALL the students across metro Atlanta who submitted their t-shirt designs for the 2009 Keep Atlanta Beautiful t-shirt design contest. It was difficult to choose but Keep Atlanta Beautiful narrowed the entries down to 12 finalists and you voted on your favorite. The winner of the popular vote will now have their design featured on a Keep Atlanta Beautiful t-shirt!

Thousands of votes were cast and the winner of the popular vote was Connor with 49% of the vote!

Connor is a junior at Alpharetta High School and said, “I’m a student at Alpharetta High School and I’m becoming very involved with all forms of art. I recently heard about this contest and decided to test my artistic ability using a computer. The design idea came from the ever popular “going green” frenzy. The colors show how it connects with itself, just like nature does.”

Connor’s t-shirt design will now be featured on a Keep Atlanta Beautiful T-shirt. Congratulations Connor!
