Take your daily walk in the park to another level. In Circuit Training you will be walking, jogging, and stopping at workout stations. Each station will focus on strength training and core moves that will give you a full body workout. This class will take your normal walk in the park into a power blast workout! Supplies: Participants will need to bring an exercise mat and/or towel, weight training gloves, a pair of 5-8 lb. hand weights, and plenty of water. Attire: Workout clothing and tennis shoes.
