Kid Fit = Fitness + Fun! Join us for Spring Session at our new facility. Children ages 6-10 will participate in games and activities designed to teach them the importance of proper nutrition and staying active. The Kid Fit program does not emphasize athletic ability although we encourage our participants to find fun ways, including sports, to stay active. Healthy children become healthy adults and the Kid Fit program gives your child a good start to future wellness. SESSIONS ARE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 3:30-4:30 PM. For your child's optimal enjoyment we strive to offer age-appropriate games and activities. Typically sessions on Monday and Wednesday are for kids ages 6-7 and sessions on Tuesday and Thursday are for kids ages 8-10. Fridays are Fun Fridays and are open play sessions for children of all ages. If you are bringing multiple children, we suggest selecting the session for the oldest child.  Please note the following requirements for participation:1) If this will be your first session, please arrive 15 minutes early to sign a waiver. Waivers are required for each participant. You only need to sign the waiver at your first session. 2) Children should wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing and gym shoes. We also require participants to bring scuba or water shoes for hygine purposes on the play mats. However, if you choose to drop off and pick up please make sure you arrive promptly at 4:30 pm.
