Many women don't use weights because they don't know how. Learn how to use weights with a certified personal trainer in a small group setting. W.O.W. is designed to teach you the principles of weight training in a safe supervised environment, reshape your body, burn calories and improve muscle tone without adding bulk. Join anytime during a session (fee will be pro-rated). Supplies: A separate fee of $10 is payable to the instructor on the first day of class for mini ab ball. Participants will need to bring an exercise mat and/or towel, weight training gloves, a pair of 3-5 lb. hand weights, and plenty of water. Attire: Workout clothing and tennis shoes.
