The MJCCA is pleased to introduce and invite our community to R+R (Relaxation + Rejuvenation): Shabbat at the MJCCA. Please join us Saturday afternoons from 2:00 - 5:00 pm for special Shabbat-related programs that you and your family can enjoy and experience together. \nWhile our programs will vary from week to week, some of what you will find here includes: \nShabbat stories and arts & crafts \nImaginative and interactive play in the highly acclaimed Sophie Hirsh Srochi Jewish Discovery Museum for children \nParadies Playground open for outdoor fun all afternoon \nElectronic-Free Zone! Unplug and play some of your all-time favorite family board games \nIndoor pool open for free swim \nCheck back each week as we continue to offer a unique and interesting array of R+R: Shabbat at the MJCCA programs to help make your Saturday afternoons unlike any other day of the week! Havdalah for the Sole Saturday, February 9 7:00 - 9:00 pm All are invited to join the JCC and the Total Health Fitness Department for an evening of foot massage, fun and friends at Treat Your Feet on Buford Highway. The one hour luxurious foot massage will focus on specific reflex points which naturally improve circulation and reduce body tension. The program will begin with a short Havdalah (conclusion of Shabbat) ceremony. Limited space. The cost is $35 per/person which includes tip. Open to the community.
