The MJCCA gymnastics program focuses on building children's confidence and self-esteem by gaining flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, and body control, all within a very positive and encouraging atmosphere. THIS IS A COACH RECOMMENDED COURSE ONLY! For those that have mastered skills taught in 'Cartwheels' & 'Round-offs', now can try more advanced skills and learn what we call 'flight' elements and more strength elements. Front handsprings, back extension rolls and squat ons on bars to name a few. Please contact Kim Wood prior to registering for this course to discuss eligibility.
