Macy’s Great Tree Lighting: November 22. The 65th annual event returns to Lenox Square on Thanksgiving night with a show featuring live musical performances and fun for the entire family! Crowds of more than 100,000 are drawn each year for the spectacular event as a special Thanksgiving tradition.
The ceremony takes place at 7 p.m. Thanksgiving night (Nov. 22), with the pre-show concert kicking off at 6:15 p.m. Trace Adkins will be joined by Chris Mann, a season two finalist on “The Voice,” and Cymphonique Miller, star of Nickelodeon’s “How to Rock” show.
