Local brewery offers cocktails made with beer rather than liquor

ATLANTA, Ga. — Atlanta brewery Second Self Beer Company debuts "Beertails," a menu of cocktails made with beer in place of spirits, available on Sunday's at their Westside tasting room. A refreshing twist on classic drink recipes, "Beertails" feature Second Self's craft brews with ingredients like fresh citrus, bitters and housemade syrups.

The menu includes:

Molé Porter, House Michelada Mix,and 18.21 Creole Bitters

A.T.aLe MULE

A.T.aLe, 18.21 Ginger Beer, and fresh mint

THAI MOSA

Thai Wheat and orange juice

ATLANTA SUNSET

Thai Wheat, fresh lemonade, housemade pomegranate syrup, and lemon wheel

Selections on Second Self’s “Beertails” menu will rotate seasonally alongside their latest beer releases and will be served exclusively on Sunday’s at Second Self’s taproom at 1317 Logan Circle NW.
