109 In 65 Zone? Andre 3000 Pays Fine

An Atlanta rapper has settled his debt and did not have to face a judge Wednesday.

Andre Benjamin, also known as Andre 3000, paid a $1,200 fine this week.

Benjamin was originally set to go before a judge Wednesday morning.

In March, police arrested Benjamin for speeding on I-75 in Henry County.

Officers said he was driving a Porsche at 109 mph in a 65 mph zone.
