$7 Million Roswell Home Tour

Posted: 7:39 pm EDT March 18, 2007Updated: 1:46 pm EDT June 2, 2008

Not everyone comes home to a $7 million house; for the rest of us, at least we can take a tour.

The home is called Lochstone Manor. It's a $7.2 million, 20,000 square feet home situated on 4.5 acres just outside Alpharetta. It's the latest creation of Gregory Amico, and his company, Southern Home Properties Inc.

Inside you'll find seven bedrooms, eight fireplaces, three kitchens, an elevator, wine cellar, theatre room, and a six car garage. The home is 217 feet long.

Now, you can take a tour of the house thanks to the Roswell Women's Club. Each year they select a showcase home and give tours of that home for about a month. The 11th annual event runs through March 25, 2007. Proceeds from the tours go to help fund scholarships and several local non-profits. You can find out more at their Web site.

Don't miss the breathtaking slideshow from the house or the video.
